In our English Pub at noon, we chatted about love and marriage. Many buddies offered some good points. As a person who is already in the seiged city, I also gave my ideas about it.
To me, love is like boiling water. It's extremely hot, and sometimes it hurts and harms you. Marriage is just like boiled water. It's cooled down and tasteless, but it's essential to your life. It's part of your life.
Marriage is like orange juice. It's not all the way sweet, even with some bitterness in it. When the bitterness dominates, the juice will go bad. Too many divergences will bitter the marriage and make it to an end. But on the whole orange juice is good to your health.
What about a kid? As far as I'm concerned, a kid is some sugar in your boiled water, which adds some flavor to your life. A kid is some mineral water that will dillute the bitterness in the orange juice. He brings you joy, and gives you happiness.
So, marriage is a bottle of boiled water for me, and a glass of orange juice.
