Long time no see...
Spring is coming, but I've been too busy to enjoy the fantastic views of early spring. I have to work, work, and work....This year, I have to go to more places...the regional markets that I'm in charge of. My region is mainly in the Northeast, and I have been there several times since end of last year...several big projects are ahead for me to take care of, and make sure they will not slip away from our biz plans.
Beijing is already in the booming spring now. The trees are too eager to show their green leaves to the warm air. It seems the light and tender green suddenly turns into a darker color, as they are in the summer. How time flies, and a quarter of a year has passed.
Spring in Beijing often seems so impatient to leave us and summer just rushes in. Last week, I went to the Yuan Dadu Park with my family to see those beautiful Malus spectabilis. I was amazed at the flourishing flowers along the river. There were so many of them, which seemed too anxious to bloom in the spring days...They always bring me a lot of joy.
Then, here comes my trip. It is a small city in Liaoning, a place that is 20 years behind the time. It is small, sereneness mingled with noises. Some parts of the roads are so bumpy I have to hold the my seat fast in fear of being thrown out of the car window.
It is cold, too. It is like the end March of Beijing: the trees has just been tinted a thin light green, flowers can rarely be seen here, while Beijing is already flourished with blooming flowers. I suddenly realized that I'm already assimilated by that gigantic city in which I'm living, I'm not used to the lifestyle here now.
It's nice that I finally have some time to write something in my blog now, in this small hotel room I'm staying. I would have no time blogging if I were at my home in Beijing---either due to lack of time, or lack of mood. Only when you are alone do you have such instinct to write something about your life, your feeling.
Too much babbling...better shut up...
